Role Overview
Polyclinic is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Medical Receptionist in Abu Dhabi.
The Medical Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and will support appointments, administrative tasks, and daily clinic coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Register patients and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and patient follow-ups.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Process billing, payments, and receipts when required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with DOH regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve patient inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous Medical Receptionist experience in the UAE is required.
- Medical or dental center experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of DOH regulations is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
- Computer systems and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team is required.
