Responsibilities
- Meeting clients at the reception desk
- Providing consultations about the center's services, payment options, and special offers
- Processing incoming requests and scheduling consultations and sessions
- Working with the database (entering patient information, managing schedules, supporting patients)
- Working with CRM programs
- Answering incoming calls from patients
- Monitoring inventory and placing timely orders for supplies
- Processing customer payments at the checkout
Requirements
- Education: medium special (preferably medical) or other specialties
- Accredited diploma
- Advanced proficiency in English and Arabic
- Presentable
- High level of customer orientation and desire to help people
- Experience working with clients, language and writing literacy
- PC skills at the level of a confident user
- Sociability, attentiveness, customer orientation, benevolence

Job Description
- Center of physical therapy "Healthy movement" — rehabilitation and prevention of diseases of the musculoskeletal system.

Job Functions
- Meeting clients at the reception desk
