- Prior experience in a salon or hospitality environment (preferred)
- Proficiency with booking or POS systems (preferred)
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Role Description
- The Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.
- This full time, on site role includes greeting clients, answering phone calls, managing appointment bookings, and responding to inquiries.
- Daily tasks involve handling client check in and check out, processing payments, maintaining an organized reception area, and coordinating schedules with stylists and technicians.
- The Receptionist will also support clerical duties such as managing client records, updating booking systems, and assisting with general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and professional Communication skills.
- Solid Receptionist Duties experience, including client greeting and appointment management.
