Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Ladies Salon Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have salon reception experience in the UAE, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle appointments, payments, and client inquiries smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and assist them professionally
- Manage salon appointments and bookings
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries
- Handle billing, cash, card payments, and daily sales records
- Ability to response clients on faceboo,instagram and knows how to manage the bookings via fresha application
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area
- Promote salon services and products to clients
- Follow up with clients for appointments and feedback
- Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year UAE salon receptionist experience preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Knowledge of salon booking systems and basic computer skills
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Friendly personality with customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Arabic speaking is a plus
