Role Description

  • The Receptionist role is a full time on site position based in Dubai.
  • The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them in a professional manner and directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Daily tasks include managing incoming calls, handling appointment bookings, maintaining the reception area, and providing general information about the firm’s services.
  • The role also involves basic clerical support such as managing mail, coordinating couriers, organizing documents, and assisting with meeting room scheduling.
  • The Receptionist will work closely with lawyers and legal staff to ensure smooth front office operations and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties skills, including welcoming visitors, managing front desk operations, and coordinating appointments.
  • Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette skills, including handling calls, routing inquiries, and taking accurate messages.
  • Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, such as document handling, basic record keeping, and use of office equipment and software.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Candidates should possess a high level of Customer Service skills, demonstrating courtesy, patience, and discretion in client interactions.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced setting.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
