Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, handle appointment bookings, and maintain the reception area
- Provide general information about the firm’s services
- Perform basic clerical support such as managing mail, coordinating couriers, organizing documents, and assisting with meeting room scheduling
- Work closely with lawyers and legal staff to ensure smooth front office operations and a positive client experience
Requirements
- Strong Receptionist Duties skills, including welcoming visitors, managing front desk operations, and coordinating appointments
- Professional Phone Etiquette skills, including handling calls, routing inquiries, and taking accurate messages
- Solid Clerical Skills, such as document handling, basic record keeping, and use of office equipment and software
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- High level of Customer Service skills, demonstrating courtesy, patience, and discretion in client interactions
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced setting
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct

Role Description
- The Receptionist role is a full time on site position based in Dubai.
- The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them in a professional manner and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Daily tasks include managing incoming calls, handling appointment bookings, maintaining the reception area, and providing general information about the firm’s services.
