About the Company

  • AMJ Trading LLC is an agent and distributor of several high quality brands in Printing materials (Grey Boards, Eva Foam, Papers, handle Rope, Glue, Magnets, etc.). We developed strong business relationships with a wide range of dependable clients over the years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day to day administrative operations and office coordination.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and company documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping.

Requirements

  • Experience in administration and accounts.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Immediate joiners only.

  • Pay: AED2,500.00 AED3,000.00 per month
