Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, luxury standard welcome to all patients and visitors
- Manage appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in Russian and English
- Handle patient check ins, check outs, billing, and clinic paperwork accurately
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and the marketing team to ensure a flawless patient journey
- Provide basic information about clinic treatments, packages, and skincare products to clients
Requirements
- Native or fluent Russian speaker with excellent command of English
- Female (due to clinic demographic and role requirements)
- Intensive prior experience working specifically in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, or high end medical spa
