Overview

  • We are looking for a professional and customer oriented Receptionist to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
  • Handle administrative and receptionist duties efficiently.
  • Manage appointments, inquiries, and daily office operations.
  • Perform basic business center tasks, including document handling and office coordination.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks.
  • Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Available to join immediately.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in Customer Service is required.
  • Presentable with a professional appearance.
  • Fluent in spoken English with excellent communication skills.
  • Confident in dealing with clients and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email management, and general office/business center operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED 3,000 AED 3,500 per month
