About Us
We are a premium beauty salon dedicated to delivering exceptional services and luxury experiences to our clients.
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the salon (staff, bookings, customer service, and service quality)
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments (hair, nails, massage, facial, home service teams)
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, service quality, and client satisfaction
- Handle client complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution
- Manage inventory, suppliers, and stock control
- Prepare schedules and optimize staff allocation
- Track sales, revenue, and KPIs to improve business performance
- Implement and improve operational processes and procedures
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Speaking Arabic is plus point.
Requirements
- **Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the UAE** in a beauty salon or spa (MANDATORY)
- Arabic language is plus point.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the beauty industry
- Strong understanding of salon operations, services, and customer expectations in Dubai
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good knowledge of booking systems and basic reporting
- Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing home service beauty operations is a plus
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality rules and salon regulations
- Background in customer experience or hospitality
