Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and be the first point of contact
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to general inquiries
- Manage the front desk area
- Schedule appointments and coordinate customer check ins and check outs
- Maintain a tidy reception space
- Handle basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
- Support other team members with administrative needs
Requirements
- Strong receptionist duties skills, including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and handling inquiries
- Professional phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple calls efficiently
- Clerical skills such as data entry, filing, document handling, and basic office software proficiency
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Customer service skills focused on creating a positive experience
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer facing role, preferably in automotive or service industries
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time in a busy environment
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or customer service training is beneficial
