- Coordinate with coaching, operations, and café teams to support smooth day to day operations.
Requirements
- Strong customer facing abilities, including Customer Service and Communication skills
- Solid front desk experience, including Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette
- Basic administrative capabilities, including Clerical Skills and record keeping
- Proficiency in English
- Comfort working in a busy sports and lifestyle environment and handling multiple tasks at once
- Prior experience in hospitality, sports clubs, or leisure facilities is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent

Role Description
- The Receptionist is a full time, on site role based at Z. Sports in Dubai.
- Greeting guests, managing check ins and bookings, answering phone and in person inquiries, and directing visitors to the appropriate areas or staff members.
- Handling basic clerical tasks such as maintaining records, managing schedules, and supporting front desk administration.
- Providing accurate information about facilities, events, and services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Coordinating with coaching, operations, and café teams to support smooth day to day operations.
Qualifications
- Strong customer facing abilities, including Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Solid front desk experience, including Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette.
- Basic administrative capabilities, including Clerical Skills and record keeping.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a busy sports and lifestyle environment and handling multiple tasks at once.
- Prior experience in hospitality, sports clubs, or leisure facilities is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational or administrative training is beneficial.
