Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Respond to emails and customer inquiries promptly
- Manage meeting room bookings and visitor appointments
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where required
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management
- Assist with office administration and provide support to other departments
- Order and monitor office supplies and stationery
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records
Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Russian (Required)

Job Summary
