Nationality: Philippines Females ONLY

We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team in Qatar.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk representative
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Experience using POS systems, booking systems, dashboards, and daily operational software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage appointments, client records, payments, and reporting efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and creating a professional first impression
  • Managing appointments, calls, bookings, and daily schedules
  • Handling customer inquiries professionally
  • Processing payments and operating POS systems
  • Coordinating with team members and management
  • Managing booking systems and daily operational dashboards
  • Maintaining front desk organization and client records
  • Candidates must already be based in Qatar or willing to relocate.
