Overview

  • We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage appointments and schedules
  • Handle emails and office correspondence
  • Maintain records and office documents
  • Provide general administrative support

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English, hindi
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred
