Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Well organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
- Must currently reside in Qatar (local hiring only)
- Comfortable working in an animal care environment and friendly with pets
- Arabic speaking candidates are preferred
- Previous clinic or veterinary experience is an advantage
