Overview

  • ORYX Veterinary Clinic is looking for a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar.
  • The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, and ensure smooth communication between clients and clinic staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and pets in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings.
  • Manage patient records, payments, and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate communication between veterinarians and pet owners.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient reception area.
  • Support daily clinic operations and customer service activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Well organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Arabic speaking candidates are preferred.
  • Previous clinic or veterinary experience is an advantage.
  • Must currently reside in Qatar (local hiring only).
  • Comfortable working in an animal care environment and friendly with pets.
