We are looking for a Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our front-line team and ensure patients and visitors receive exceptional service from their very first interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients to the clinic in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Bill patients during their visit
- Provide excellent customer service to the patients
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information.
- Setting up and managing appointments of patients
- Provide accurate information and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Record and update patient details and inquiries in the system.
- Handle concerns with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Support administrative tasks related to patient communication when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or call center settings.
- Excellent verbal communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-focused and professional attitude.
- Basic computer skills and ability to manage calls and data entry efficiently.
- Ability to remain calm and supportive in a fast-paced environment.
