Role Overview
Join BHQ International Marketing as a customer-focused Receptionist cum Telesales Executive supporting an Emirates Etisalat channel partner.
The role combines reception management, customer inquiries, outbound telesales, product explanation, record keeping, and sales administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- MOFA-attested degree holder is described as preferred or required in the source wording.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort handling telesales and customer calls.
- Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Professional, friendly, and presentable personality.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception and incoming customer inquiries.
- Handle outbound telesales calls and follow up with potential customers.
- Explain Etisalat products and services.
- Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
