Job Vacancy

  • We are looking for a smart, organized, and professional Receptionist cum Secretary to COO to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain the CEO's calendar
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
  • Maintain office records, filing, and documentation
  • Assist the CEO with daily administrative and secretarial tasks
  • Arrange travel bookings and meeting logistics when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in GCC
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 4,000
  • Visa/Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law
