We are looking for an organized and professional Receptionist cum Secretary to support the COO. You will manage front desk operations, handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain the CEO's calendar
- Prepare letters, reports, and other documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
- Maintain office records, filing, and documentation
- Assist the CEO with daily administrative and secretarial tasks
- Arrange travel bookings and meeting logistics when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in GCC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
