- Deliver an outstanding, luxury tier client experience from greeting to check out, efficiently handling inquiries and complaints
- Maintain flawless booking schedules, manage inventory logs, and ensure the reception and spa areas are pristine
- Process cash and card payments accurately, manage petty cash, and generate daily sales reports
Requirements
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- High attention to detail, strong leadership potential, and ability to work independently under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
