Role Overview
MIS Consultants is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist cum Sales Consultant.
The role combines front-desk management with client enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Workplace and Employment
- The role is based in Doha, Qatar.
- Employment is full-time.
- Work is performed in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients visiting the office.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and incoming enquiries.
- Schedule client consultations and maintain appointment records.
- Understand client requirements and explain immigration and visa services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified enquiries into registrations.
- Coordinate with the sales and documentation teams.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Work toward monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, telesales, or sales.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, confident, and customer-friendly manner.
- Comfort handling sales enquiries and follow-ups.
- Basic computer, email, and WhatsApp skills.
- Experience in immigration, education, travel, or the service industry is an advantage.
- Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
- Immediate or short-notice joining is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is based on experience and includes sales incentives.
- Pay is QAR 2,156.92–QAR 3,500.00 per month.
