Role Overview
MIS Consultants is hiring a customer-focused Receptionist cum Sales Consultant in Doha, Qatar.
The role combines front-desk administration with client enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Location and Employment
- The position is based in Doha, Qatar.
- The employment type is full-time.
- The role involves working with clients visiting the office.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients visiting the office.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and incoming enquiries.
- Schedule client consultations and maintain appointment records.
- Understand client requirements and explain immigration and visa services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified enquiries into registrations.
- Coordinate with the sales and documentation teams.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Work toward monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Applicants should have 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, telesales, or sales.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Applicants should be professional, confident, and customer-friendly.
- Applicants should be comfortable handling sales enquiries and follow-ups.
- Basic computer, email, and WhatsApp skills are required.
- Immigration, education, travel, or service-industry experience is advantageous.
- Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is based on experience and includes sales incentives.
