- Answer, screen, and route high volumes of incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages
- Manage office correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail, couriers, and packages
- Maintain the reception and front lobby area clean and presentable
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff
- Assist departments by drafting letters, proposals, and handling documentation
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and stationery, liaising with vendors
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical

- Holding a valid UAE visa or residence permit is highly preferable

Role Overview
- A Receptionist cum Coordinator acts as the central hub of an office, blending front desk operations with vital administrative and project support.
Front Office Management
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors, clients, and guests in a professional, courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and route high volumes of incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and directing inquiries.
- Manage office correspondence, including sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
- Maintain the reception and front lobby area so it remains clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and internal staff.
- Assist different departments (such as Sales, HR, or Projects) by drafting letters, proposals, and handling vital documentation.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and stationery, liaising with vendors and placing orders as necessary.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure documents can be easily retrieved.

Pay
- AED 2,500.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
