Job Description
Polestar Advisory Services is a growing business setup consulting company looking for a dynamic and organized **Receptionist cum Client Relationship Executive** to join our team.
This dual role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for clients while also building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
You will manage front desk operations and proactively support client engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Receptionist Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients professionally
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate visitor schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, scanning)
Client Relationship Executive Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential clients
- Build strong relationships by understanding client needs and following up on inquiries
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and service information to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services/products
- Handle client feedback, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly
- Maintain an updated CRM database of client interactions and sales leads
- Assist in client retention activities (calls, emails, occasional visits if required)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Client Relationship Executive (minimum 1–2 years in UAE preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure during peak times
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration / Marketing is an advantage
