About the Role
DIGIFORTIS FZE is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist cum Admin to manage the front desk and provide administrative support in Jebel Ali Freezone. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing calls, mail, office supplies, scheduling, and data entry.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Handle basic data entry, filing, and document management
- Support HR/admin tasks (attendance tracking, visitor logs, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements
- Prior experience in a receptionist or admin support role preferred
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well organized, presentable, and punctual
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast paced environment
- UAE experience/residency preferred
