About the Role

  • We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist cum Admin to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Handle basic data entry, filing, and document management
  • Support HR/admin tasks (attendance tracking, visitor logs, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or admin support role preferred
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Well organized, presentable, and punctual
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast paced environment
  • UAE experience/residency preferred

Salary

  • Pay: From AED 2,500.00 per month
