Al Fariq Properties LLC is currently hiring a Receptionist cum Admin to join our team in Dubai.

We are looking for a professional, organized, and responsible candidate with previous experience in the UAE real estate industry and strong administrative and communication skills.

• Manage the reception area and ensure a professional first impression for clients and visitors.
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, property owners, and business partners professionally.
• Answer, screen, and manage incoming calls and inquiries.
• Manage and respond to company emails and correspondence.
• Manage and organize company documents, records, and filing systems.
• Monitor and manage office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
• Maintain and update daily company data and administrative records.
• Assist the HR department with daily administrative tasks.
• Support the team with general office and administrative activities.
• Update and maintain information in the company CRM system.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules when required.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

• Previous experience in the UAE real estate industry is mandatory.
• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Admin, or Administrative Assistant is preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Good understanding and experience using CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
