Key Responsibilities

• **Patient Greeting:** Welcome patients with a professional and warm demeanor, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• **Appointment Management:** Coordinate clinic schedules, manage bookings, and handle appointment confirmations via phone, email, and digital platforms.
• **Administrative Support:** Maintain accurate patient records, handle inquiries regarding cosmetic services, and manage billing/insurance processing (e.g., Daman/Thiqa familiarity is an asset).
• **Clinic Environment:** Ensure the reception area remains pristine and welcoming, reflecting the premium quality of our clinic.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably within a medical or high-end cosmetic clinic.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Polished professional appearance and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in modern practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
