Receptionist

Tourist Hotel is looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Front Office team in Doha, Qatar.

The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, responding to guest inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests.

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
• Manage guest reservations, room assignments, and related inquiries.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest requests promptly.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to meet guest requirements.
• Maintain accurate guest records and front desk documentation.
• Handle payments and other front-office transactions when required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a high standard of customer service.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Valid Qatar ID is required.
• Previous hotel or front desk experience is preferred (2 Years).
