Overview
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Receptionist to join our nightclub team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, guest lists, and table bookings.
- Assist with VIP guest arrivals and reservations.
- Coordinate with management, hostesses, and door control staff.
- Handle guest complaints and requests professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information.
- Ensure a positive first impression for all guests.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Hostess, or in Customer Service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer skills and experience with reservation systems are an advantage.
