Job Overview
HLA Medical Center is looking for a professional Arabic-speaking Receptionist for a temporary/part-time position.
Responsibilities
- Answer patient calls and book, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding upcoming visits.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
- Manage daily reception and patient coordination.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Previous receptionist/patient coordinator experience, preferably in a medical center.
- Strong communication, appointment-booking, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable managing social media and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Professional, organized, and able to multitask.
Compensation
- AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
