Position Summary
Deliver a memorable and unique guest experience throughout the entire stay.
Provide guest relations and operational support beyond routine check-in and check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports.
- Share local-area highlights and information with guests.
- Assist with vehicle loading and unloading and transport luggage to guest rooms or bell areas.
- Follow policies, protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
- The role requires extended standing, sitting, walking, stair use, and work in confined or elevated spaces.
- The role requires moving objects up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
