Overview

The position is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and assisting in property management and general services activities, while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and professional communication with clients, tenants, and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and office support on a daily basis
  • Coordinating meetings, schedules, and office arrangements
  • Assisting in document preparation, filing, and data entry
  • Following up on administrative and operational tasks
  • Supporting property management operations and tenant coordination
  • Assisting in contracts follow-up and property-related administrative tasks
  • Coordinating with service providers and supporting general office operations

Qualifications

  • Saudi Nationality
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in reception, administrative support, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate sector and property management is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and good manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Commitment, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure
