Receptionist & Administrative Assistant
to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk operations
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting coordination
- Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Fluency in English is required;
- Tagalog speakers are preferred
