All About Tire & Wheel is hiring an Automotive Receptionist / Service Assistant for a fast-paced front-desk position.

The role combines customer service, phone and online communication, appointment scheduling, sales support, invoicing, and administrative work.

Answer calls and customer inquiries across phone, text, email, Facebook, and online lead channels.
Greet customers, provide tire availability and pricing, prepare estimates, and schedule appointments.
Convert inquiries into appointments and sales, and follow up on quotes, orders, and customer updates.
Create customer and vehicle profiles, work orders, sales orders, invoices, and service quotes.
Search tire inventory and assist customers with tire selection based on vehicle, availability, and budget.
Process payments, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with technicians and other staff.

Fluent spoken and written English is required.
Strong customer-service, communication, computer, data-entry, multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills are required.
The role requires reliable, punctual, professional, friendly, and sales-oriented customer communication.
Training will be provided on the shop management system and internal procedures.
