Role Overview
Support the smooth operation of Real Estate HR offices through front desk service, administrative coordination, office upkeep, supplies management, and logistical support.
Serve internal and external contacts while contributing to office efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Administrative Support
- Act as the first point of contact for the HR Department and liaise with internal and external organizations.
- Provide customer service to visitors and guests, screen calls and inquiries, and redirect requests appropriately.
- Handle tasks and situations professionally while providing accurate replies based on company policies and procedures.
Office Management
- Maintain HR offices, equipment, facilities, meeting rooms, and general office upkeep.
- Manage outsourced pantry staff and coordinate cleaners, canteen, plant suppliers, and pest control providers.
- Organize meeting, interview, workshop, and celebration logistics, including catering and WebEx setup.
Records and Inventory
- Maintain document trackers, incoming and outgoing records, telephone directories, and probation trackers.
