Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and members in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries
- Manage class bookings, appointment scheduling, and client registrations
- Assist clients with membership packages, studio services, and wellness programs
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, documents)
- Maintain reception area cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinate with instructors and management regarding daily class schedules and studio operations
- Monitor class attendance and assist with client check ins
- Manage basic office and studio supplies inventory
- Help promote a positive, health focused, and customer centric studio environment
- Assist with client retention initiatives, follow ups, and wellness events when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or fitness/wellness environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of scheduling and booking systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced studio setting
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
- Passion for health, fitness, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative software
