- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to real estate properties and services
- Manage meeting room schedules and client appointments
- Assist the real estate team with day to day administrative tasks such as preparing documents, filing, and data entry
- Process real estate contracts, forms, and agreements with accuracy
- Ensure that property listings and related paperwork are updated and organized
- Provide general information about available properties and real estate services to potential clients
- Assist clients with queries and offer administrative support throughout the property transaction process
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and handle their requests promptly
- Manage office supplies and ensure that all office equipment is functioning properly
- Coordinate with maintenance and IT support when necessary
- Organize and maintain office files, ensuring they are accessible and up to date
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience as an admin or receptionist, preferably in the real estate sector
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of real estate processes, documentation, and terminology
- Familiarity with property listing platforms and marketing support is a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
