Qualifications

  • *Strong receptionist and front-desk skills, including Receptionist Duties and managing clients who will be HNIs and UHNIs*
  • *Professional Phone Etiquette and clear, courteous Communication skills for handling calls and in-person inquiries.*
  • *Customer Service experience with a focus on client satisfaction, patience, and problem-solving.*
  • *Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools, and comfort with basic office equipment.*
  • *Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.*
  • *Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.*
  • *Prior experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative role is preferred; experience in immigration or professional services is a plus.*

  • The salary will be between 4000-5000 AED
