• Responsible for ensuring the front desk operates smoothly by warmly greeting and welcoming guests, answering phone calls promptly, directing inquiries appropriately, and efficiently executing all administrative tasks to the highest standards of quality.

• · Ensure full compliance of mandated rules and regulations
• · Participate in daily team briefs
• Ensure full compliance with all mandated rules, regulations, and company policies, particularly regarding cash handling procedures.
• Be well-versed in all packages, activities, products, and services, and provide accurate, up-to-date information to customers.
• Manage and schedule bookings for all activities, ensuring timely referrals for birthday party bookings to the relevant personnel.
• Ensure all transactions are accounted for in the stipulated documents/ system.
• Maintain a high level of customer service relations at all times
• Assist with the preparation of “cash up” and general sales reports
• Responsible for accepting and scheduling of bookings for all current activities
