Role Overview

  • We are seeking a professional, organized, and detail oriented Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue certificates and official documents.
  • Maintain registers, records, and filing systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
  • Follow up with clients and conduct sales calls when required.
  • Schedule appointments and provide administrative support.
  • Perform data entry and maintain office documentation.
  • Support the smooth day to day operations of the office.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Good computer literacy and attention to detail.
