Position Overview

  • We are seeking a professional, organized, and experienced Legal Receptionist to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling client communications, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support to our legal team

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls and emails.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage lawyers' calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and mail.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper filing of legal documents.
  • Coordinate with lawyers and staff regarding appointments and client inquiries.
  • Provide general administrative and office support as required.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with document preparation, formatting, filing, and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment in the UAE.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and Arabic is advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with document management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Professional appearance and a client focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a legal environment.
  • Basic understanding of legal terminology and legal document preparation.
  • Relevant education in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and professional standards.

Salary

  • Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be based on qualifications and experience.
