- Strong command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to join immediately

Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic and meticulous Receptionist to be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our busy office.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate & Coordinate: Serve as the primary point of contact, managing professional correspondence with clinics via WhatsApp, email, and phone to efficiently collect and share crucial case information.
- Manage Scheduling: Expertly schedule clinic appointments and coordinate internal staff calendars to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Process Orders: Handle all incoming online orders, generate printouts, and promptly notify the appropriate lab representatives.
- Support Office Flow: Execute essential clerical tasks, including precise data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Inventory & Logistics: Maintain optimal office supplies and inventory levels and assist with the crucial task of packing and arranging final orders for delivery to clinics.
What You Bring
- Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is highly preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant certifications are a bonus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written fluency in English is a must.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Availability: Must be able to join immediately (candidates currently on a visiting visa or with a cancelled visa are only preferred).
