- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office communication
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
