We are looking for a professional and customer-focused **Receptionist** with experience in an aesthetic or medical clinic environment.
The role involves managing front-desk operations, supporting patient coordination, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and basic patient coordination
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support clinic operations by coordinating with medical and administrative staff
- Assist with billing coordination and basic administrative tasks
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable
- Follow clinic policies, confidentiality standards, and operational procedures
- Support patient flow to ensure timely service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a **Receptionist in an aesthetic, medical, or healthcare clinic**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with scheduling systems
- Ability to work well in a team and handle patient inquiries calmly
