Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Arab female Receptionist based in Abu Dhabi.
The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet clients, answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
Responsibilities will also include managing correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining records
- Organization and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with office tools and technology, including MS Office
- Ability to work effectively within a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Arabic, are advantageous
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role, especially in the automotive or luxury industry, is a plus
