Role Overview
The client is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Receptionist.
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external guests.
The role supports a busy office with a high volume of daily visitors and meeting requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception and welcome visitors and guests.
- Notify employees when visitors arrive.
- Keep the reception area professional, organized, and presentable.
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate requests.
- Monitor meeting room availability and prevent booking clashes.
- Ensure meeting room booking procedures are followed.
- Provide general administrative and office support.
- Support the Executive Assistant to the CEO with office coordination and ad-hoc tasks.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar position within a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, personable, and confident.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple requests at once.
- Confident communicating with people at all levels of the business.
