Your role
Provide a welcoming and efficient reception service that supports the day to day needs of the business
Support an effective administration service, including maintaining accurate records in line with Group processes
Respond positively to service issues and complaints to help deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
Resolve enquiries promptly or arrange appropriate support, keeping customers informed throughout
Build positive relationships with internal and external customers and contribute to projects that support the Group’s values and objectives
Your skills
Experience of working in a customer service or administrative role
Understanding of the needs of older people
Experience of resolving issues and finding practical solutions
Confident communication and customer care skills
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, email and internet use
