Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors warmly and address inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Manage bookings, visitor check-ins, and related questions.
- Promote VR experiences and packages to guests to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and inviting reception and lounge area.
- Handle incoming calls courteously, direct them appropriately, and manage inquiries.
- Keep accurate records of guest inquiries, interactions, and bookings.
- Monitor office and guest-supply inventory and restock as needed.
- Operate office equipment and manage general filing and documentation.
Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience with proven sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an approachable demeanor.
- Ability to engage customers and promote products or services effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Professional phone etiquette and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to high attendance standards.
Employment and Pay
- Job type is full-time.
- Pay is AED 4,500–AED 10,000 per month.
