Position Overview
The position is for a Medical Receptionist at Al Amal Medical Centre in Sharjah.
The role supports patient-facing reception and daily administrative operations in a medical clinic.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries.
- Handle insurance approvals, billing, and payment collection when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic departments.
- Explain clinic services, timings, and procedures to patients.
- Support daily reception and administrative operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills are required.
- Computer and basic administrative skills are required.
- English is required, while Arabic is an advantage.
- A professional appearance and attitude are expected.
- The candidate must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- UAE healthcare or medical reception experience is preferred.
