Position Overview

  • We are looking for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to provide front desk reception services, commercial administrative support, translation services and coordination assistance for HR and project related activities.
  • Based at our offices in Riyadh (Al Faisaliyah / Exit 18) the role ensures smooth communication, organized documentation, and professional representation of the company both physically (front desk) and digitally (social media).

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers.
  • Answer and route incoming calls, WhatsApp, and general email inquiries to the relevant departments.
  • Manage office reception, meeting rooms booking, visitor access, hospitality arrangement (tea/coffee/water), and couriers.
  • Provide translation assistance for company brochures and project related documents, from English to Arabic.
  • Assist the commercial team with vendor communications, commercial filing, and documentation support.
  • Support project admin tasks including accommodation bookings, travel arrangements, accreditation and daily coordination of project staff requirements.
  • Handle official social media inboxes (e.g., general queries)
  • Coordinate departmental social communications (announcements, notices, staff events, updates).
  • Assist HR onboarding paperwork and coordination for Annual Staff ticket bookings.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in reception, admin support, or HR assistance (preferred)
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong organisational skills, logical thinker with attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient and comfortable working in excel and word
  • Fluent and confident to speak, read and write in Arabic and English
  • Familiar with basic social media handling (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business).
  • Organised, proactive, and able to multitask with confidentiality.
