Role Description

  • The Reception Administrative Assistant is a full time, on site role based in Dubai at Expedia Business Centres LLC.
  • This receptionist position requires greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and directing guests.
  • The role also involves providing administrative assistance such as preparing documents, contracts, organising files, managing office supplies, and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Professional receptionist and front desk skills.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, filing and PRO Skills to support office operations.
  • Effective Communication skills for interacting with Clients.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets).
  • Organisational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience of minimum 3 years in a reception or administrative support role in real estate sector or similar is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
